Terrano is considered an indigenous red grape variety from Istria, where it is regaining popularity as the basis for producing superior red wines that represent Croatia’s largest peninsula.

Pisinium's range is awarded many gold medals by specialised local institutions, for its quality and traditional manufacturing practices. Best served thinly sliced and enjoyed on its own or as a part of charcuterie board. Product contains noble mould.

 

Ingredients: pork meat, Terrano wine 6%, salt, sugar, potato fibre, spices, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, pork protein, dextrose, flavouring, natural colouring, preservative: sodium nitrite, starter culture. 100g of product is obtained by drying 179g pork meat. Edible pork casing.
