This short pasta is made mixing several sorts of best quality durum wheat flour. To keep its firmness and elasticity, it goes through the process of pasteurisation and stays “al dente” retaining its shape while cooking.

 

Ingredients: durum wheat semolina. May contain traces of molluscs and eggs.
